Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to offer an alternative product or process a refund.
When you place an order with us online we will acknowledge receipt of the order immediately. Orders can take from 5 - 10 days to process before being dispatched. You will receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched for peace of mind. Please note: throughout our peak periods (Christmas and Summer Holiday) due to high levels of orders it may take longer to dispatch your order. However, we will advise you should there be any delay in processing your order.
Deliveries are made by our couriers from Monday to Friday at any time from 9am to 5pm. There must be someone present in order to sign for the order. PLEASE NOTE: ALL DELIVERY SERVICES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY.
We offer Free Delivery on all orders over R1,000.00 in South Africa.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is dispatched you are sent an email to confirm that its on its way to you. Included in the email is the tracking number provided by Fastway. If you click on the link https://www.fastway.co.za/ and enter your reference number then the full status of your order will be shown.

Orders are processed and shipped in 5 - 10 business days from the purchase date, depending on product availability. Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number. The orders are then delivered within approximately 5 - 7 business days. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer.
Please note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us.
